New Delhi: A total of 50 aircraft, including nine Rafale jets, four helicopters and one maritime patrol aircraft stole the show and left the onlookers stunned at the 74th Republic Day parade that took place in the capital’s Kartavaya Path, on Thursday.

The grand finale of the Republic Day parade saw participation of 45 air assets of the Indian Air Force (IAF), one from the Indian Navy and four choppers of the Indian Army.
Indigenously developed light combat helicopter (LCH) Prachand, a multirole chopper was also the part of the grand flypast that enthralled the audience present at Kartavaya Path. ALH Dhruv and ALH Rudra and Indian Air Force Prachand also stunned the spectators with their manoeuvres over the Kartavaya Path.
