New Delhi: Defence public sector understaking (DPSU) Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) on Wednesday presented a cheque of Rs. 174.44 crore as final dividend to Defence minister Rajnath Singh here at South Block.
The cheque was presented by Chairman & Managing Director, BEL M V Gowtama here.
The interim dividend of 140 per cent on face value of Re 1 per equity share was paid to the government in February 2020.
BEL, a Navratna, has paid a total dividend of 280 per cent to the government for financial year 2019-20.
Secretary Defence Production Rajkumar was also present on the occasion.
