Bharat Dynamics Limited pays interim dividend of Rs 100 crore to Defence Ministry

New Delhi: Defence Public Sector Undertaking Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) on Thursday paid an interim dividend of Rs 100.518 crore to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh here.

Chairman and Managing Director of BDL Commodore Siddharth Mishra (Retd) presented the cheque to Mr Singh, an official statement said.
 
The Hyderabad-based DPSU has declared interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2019-20.

The interim dividend declared by the Company works out to 62.5 per cent of the paid-up share capital of Rs 183.28 crore.
 
Secretary (Defence Production) Raj Kumar and other senior officials from Ministry of Defence & BDL were also present on the occasion.
