New Delhi: Enhancing its defence ties with ASEAN nation, Indian Army has gifted four explosive detection dogs to the Royal Cambodia Armed Forces (RCAF).
Prior to this, the Army had given 15 canines in 2016. These dogs were trained at Meerut-based Remount and Veterinary Corps of the Indian Army.
The Indian Army had also provided a 4-week training to the Cambodian dog handlers in India in the month of September and October this year.
On October 24, these canines were successfully air transported through civil flight from New Delhi to Phnom Penh.
