New Delhi: Indonesian Defence Minister Gen Prabowo Subianto on Monday arrived here on a three-day visit to India. Upon his arrival, he laid wreath at the National War Memorial in teh national capital on Monday.
He was presented with a Guard of Honour at South Block Lawns. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh received him at South Block here. Both the ministers held bilateral talks to further strengthen the defence ties.

On the occasion, Chief of Defence Staff & Secretary Department of Military Affairs Gen Bipin Rawat, Chief of Army Staff General M M Naravane, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Karambir Singh, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal R K S Bhadauria and Defence Secretary Dr Ajay Kumar were present.
The Indonesian defence minister will hold talks with the Indian leadership to firm up the bilateral defence collaboration.
