Tezpur: To commemorate the solemn occassion of 75th independence Day, a plantation drive was organised at various military stations under the aegis of the Ball of Fire Division.
GOC alongwith other officers, JCOs and OR, families & veterans planted a variety of saplings.
The event was organised at various stations to include Tawang, Bomdila, Tenga, Rupa, Dahung and Thakurbari.
Over 1000 saplings have been planted by the troops and their families.
