The 9mm machine pistol ASMI was showcased at the DefExpo 2022 at Gandhinagar in Gujarat. Home Ministry and Indian Navy have conducted trial of this weapon system. Indian Army also evinced interest in ASMI. It will be made by Lokesh Machines Limited.
